You write and describe the situation. We answer honestly about whether help is needed at all. Fairly often the answer is "no — here is the link, you will manage in an evening". That is a fine outcome and we do not treat it as a loss.
If help is needed, we agree scope and price in writing before any work starts. No "it turned out to be more complicated, please top up".
What we do not do
- We do not represent you as lawyers — we are not a law firm. Where you need one, we will say so and help you find one.
- We do not "sort things out" around the procedure. Offers like that in chat groups are almost always a scam.
- We do not guarantee outcomes that a government body decides.
