What is included
A review before you file
We look at your circumstances and identify a residence ground that genuinely fits. Then a document list built for your specific case — flagging what needs an apostille, what needs a court-certified translator, and what has an expiry date.

We go with you to MUP (the police administration), to Porezna uprava for your OIB, to the bank, to the notary. We interpret on the spot and make sure the set is accepted and you leave with proof of filing.

Booking appointments where they are required, calling institutions, tracking your application status, and responding to requests for additional documents.
Settling in afterwards
Address registration, HZZO health insurance, choosing and registering with a GP, opening an account, getting internet connected, sorting a transport pass, enrolling a child in nursery or school.

FAQ
What does it cost?
It depends on what you actually need — a single appointment and a full family relocation are very different jobs. Describe the situation and we quote before any work begins.
Do you work with all nationalities?
The process differs a great deal between EU citizens and third-country nationals. Tell us your citizenship and we will say straight away what your route looks like and whether we can take it on.
Can everything be done remotely, before arriving?
Some of it, yes: document preparation, apostilles, translations, the plan of action. But filing the application and giving biometrics require you to be in Croatia in person.
How long does a residence permit take?
Timelines depend on the ground and on how busy your particular office is, and they change. We will give you a realistic range after reviewing your case — promising "two weeks" would be dishonest.
What if it is refused?
We go through the reason and the options: fix the defect and refile, change the ground, or appeal. An appeal needs a lawyer — we will help you find one.
